  James C. Talbott Age 76 of Westminster James Carroll Talbott, 76 of Westminster, died Sunday, October 13, 2013 at his home, surrounded by his family. Born May 4, 1937 in Irvington, VA, he was the son of the late Albert and Myra Estelle Talbott. He was the husband of the late Genevieve B. "Jenny" Talbott, his wife of 49 yrs. who died in 2010. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was the owner and administrator of Golden Age Guest Home,Inc. (n/k/a as Brinton Woods) until he retired in 2005. He was a quietly devoted man of God who served the community humbly all his life. For 45 yrs., he cared for and saw to it that every resident of Golden Age was cared for as his personal family. He was anonymously responsible for many youth in Carroll County attending Young Life summer camps. He was also a faithful supporter of Maryland Special Olympics and the Humane Society of the United States. Surviving are his son, James Carroll Talbott, Jr.; daughters and sons in law, Leisa L. and Brian E. Leppo and Donna L. and John Felkner,Jr.; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Jordon E. and Virginia Leppo; granddaughters, Brooke M. Leppo and Kaitlyn V.R. Talbott and grandsons, James Cody Talbott,Trevor John Felkner and Skylar James Felkner.
