She is survived by her children, Daniel (Phyllis) Zak, Diane Thomas Reed, Gary (Mary Ann) Zak and David (Debbie) Zak; grandchildren, Lisa Peak, Ryan, Michael, Kolten, Kody, Devon and Darla Zak; and great grandchildren, Isaac, Preston, Isabella and Braden.
