      Blanche E. (Pattie) Keane, of Medford, passed away Wednesday, December 19th. She was 93. Born and raised in Stoneham. She was the daughter of the late Alphonso J. and Elizabeth M. (Babin) Pattie.

      Blanche met her loving husband to be Stephen before the beginning of World War II they courted during the war marrying once Stephen returned. Blanche and Stephen settled in Medford, where they would raise their five children. Family meant everything to Blanche she took great pride in taking care of her parents, children and family. She was a dedicated wife, a great mom, loving grandmother and great-grandmother, friend and neighbor. She will be missed greatly.

      Blanche was the beloved wife of the late Stephen T. Keane. She was the devoted mother of Stephen G. Keane, William J. Keane and his wife Cheryl, Michael T. Keane, Patricia A. Cataldo and her husband Ron, and David P. Keane and his wife Kim.She was the loving grandmother of 14 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 11. She was the dear sister of Claire Burns and the late Roy Pattie, Lloyd Pattie, Gerard Pattie and Charles Pattie.
