      William Edwin Frankmann, of Ballwin, MO, passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at the age of 86. Cherished son of the late William and Mary Frankmann; dear brother-in-law of Robert and Nancy Carr, Michael and Benita Carr, Ronald and Lynda Cooper, and Charles and Shirley Carr. Special friends and business partners, Edward and Sharon Fisher, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his partner, Ronald Carr, sister, Rose, mother and father-in-Law, Ernest and Mary Carr, and nephew, Gregory Carr.

      William was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
