  Brbara Lee Fincham, passed away peacefully at her home in Preston, Maryland on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. She was 83 years old. Born in Washington, DC, Barbara was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Fields) Marcionette. She attended school in the DC area and later married James R. Fincham, Sr. in 1958. It was in the DC area that they lived and raised their family. It was only recently that Barbara moved with her sons to Maryland's Eastern Shore. Barbara was a longtime employee of Washington Bible College where she worked in the bookstore and the library. Barbara loved her family and to garden. Barbara is survived by her sons Robert and Ronald Fincham; she is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild. Besides her parents Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, and two of her children James "Ricky" Fincham, Jr. and Julie Ann (Fincham) Blades.
